1. Introduction

Welcome to Mobile Mechanic Memphis LLC. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • “Customer”: Refers to any individual or entity that requests or receives services from Mobile Mechanic Memphis LLC.
  • “Vehicle”: Refers to any motor vehicle for which the services are requested.

3. No-Nonsense Policy

We are not just mechanics — we are professionals.
Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior toward any member of our team will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Zero Tolerance For the Following:

  • Verbal abuse, yelling, threats, or intimidation

  • Sexual comments, innuendos, or harassment

  • Racist, sexist, or discriminatory language of any kind

  • Lying, manipulation, or attempts to defraud our team

  • Physical aggression or hostile body language

  • Recording or photographing our staff without consent

  • Posting false or retaliatory negative reviews when:

    • No services were performed or completed

    • Services were denied due to your behavior

    • You refused to pay for approved or completed work

Immediate Consequences:

  • Immediate termination of service on-site

  • Non-refundable loss of any paid fees

  • Permanent ban from all future bookings

  • Legal action if necessary, including trespassing or police involvement

We Reserve the Right To:

  • Leave the job site at any time if we feel unsafe or disrespected

  • Deny service without explanation if behavior is deemed inappropriate

  • Report threatening customers to authorities

We will not debate, tolerate, or entertain disrespect. Period.

4. Scope of Services

Mobile Mechanic Memphis LLC offers a range of services, including but not limited to:

  • Diagnostic Services
  • Suspension and Steering Services
  • Transmission Services
  • Electrical Services
  • Air Conditioning Services
  • General Routine Maintenance

5. Booking and Appointments

  • Booking Process: Customers can book services through our website, by phone, or via email.
  • Appointment Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed once the booking is accepted by Mobile Mechanic Memphis LLC.
  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing Information: Prices for services are provided at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on the scope of work required.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  1. By opting into Mobile Mechanic Memphis’ SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages related to:

    • Appointment confirmations, updates, and reminders
    • Mechanic arrival time and status updates
    • Service completion alerts and payment reminders
    • Promotional offers, discounts, and special services
    • Customer service follow-ups and feedback requests
  2. Opt-Out & Cancellation
    You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to 833-208-3543. Once you send “STOP,” we will confirm your opt-out via SMS, and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you wish to re-enroll, you can sign up again through our website or service request form.

  3. Help & Support
    If you need assistance with our messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for further instructions, or contact our support team at (901) 430-1000 or via email at admin@mobilemechanicmemphis-llc.com.

  4. Carrier Disclaimer
    Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  5. Message & Data Rates
    Standard message and data rates may apply for messages sent and received. You will receive messages based on your service interactions and subscription preferences. If you have any concerns about your mobile or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

  6. Privacy & Data Protection
    Your privacy is important to us. We do not share or sell your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. For more information on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

By opting in, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

8. Customer Responsibilities & Vehicle Accessibility

  • Vehicle Access: Customers must ensure their vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
  • Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate information about their vehicle and the issues to be addressed.
  • Preparation for Service: Customers should ensure the vehicle is prepared for the mechanic’s visit (e.g., clear space around the vehicle).

9. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Service Warranty: We may provide a 6-month warranty on some services performed. This warranty covers labor and parts supplied by Mobile Mechanic Memphis LLC.
  • Parts Warranty: Any parts supplied by Mobile Mechanic Memphis LLC are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues arising from customer negligence or unauthorized modifications to the vehicle.

10. Liability

  • Limitations of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Mechanic Memphis LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our services; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.
  • Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobile Mechanic Memphis LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to their use of the services.

11. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

We understand that plans can change, but timely communication helps us serve everyone better.

  • Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance may incur a $50 fee.

  • No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in loss of future booking privileges.

  • If a mechanic is dispatched and unable to access the vehicle or location, a trip fee may still be charged.

12. Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of service and is required before keys or vehicles are released.

  • Accepted forms of payment include: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Mobile Payment Apps, Crypto currency.

  • A receipt will be provided via text or email after payment is processed.

  • All outstanding balances and/or diagnostics fees must be cleared before additional services are scheduled.

  • Any late payments may result in a $25 administrative fee or legal recovery action.

13. Diagnostic Fee & Estimate Policy

To identify vehicle issues accurately, all service begins with a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation.

  • Our standard diagnostic fee is $168 plus tax, due before or upon arrival.

  • This covers professional inspection, testing, and issue identification.

  • If the customer approves the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee may be credited toward the total bill at our discretion.

  • Estimates provided are valid for 7 days. After that, parts availability and pricing may change.

14. Hazardous Condition Policy

Our technicians’ safety is a top priority. Service may be denied or delayed under the following conditions:

  • Unsafe work areas (e.g., heavy traffic, poor lighting, threatening animals, or weather conditions)

  • Aggressive or inappropriate behavior from anyone at the service site

  • Leaking fluids, fire hazards, or unstable jacks/lifts present on-site

If a job is delayed or canceled due to safety concerns, a minimum $50 callout fee may still be charged. Services will resume only when the area is deemed safe and accessible.

15. Vehicle Storage 

At Mobile Mechanic Memphis, our goal is to provide timely diagnostic and repair services—not to serve as a storage facility. To keep our operations efficient and fair to all customers, the following vehicle storage policy is in place:

Grace Period (Days 1–3):

Customers are given a complimentary 3-day grace period to pick up their vehicle once diagnostics and/or repairs are completed.

Starting Day 4:

  • $37.50 Processing Fee + $37.50 Daily Storage Fee

These charges total $75.00, beginning on the fourth (4th) day after the customer has been notified that their vehicle has been diagnosed and/or all authorized services have been completed.

Daily Fees (Ongoing):

Each additional day will incur a $37.50 per-day storage fee until the vehicle is picked up.

After 30 Days:

Vehicles left beyond 30 days will be subject to a lien hold fee, which varies based on the vehicle’s make, model, and condition.

Abandoned Vehicles:

Vehicles deemed abandoned will enter the lien processing phase, incurring additional legal and administrative costs. Customers will be responsible for all outstanding balances to recover their vehicle and avoid further legal action.

No exceptions. Mobile Mechanic Memphis is committed to helping you get back on the road—not storing vehicles long-term. We serve multiple customers daily and rely on efficient vehicle turnover to meet demand. We kindly ask that you respect our time and business operations by retrieving your vehicle within the allotted grace period.

16. On-Site Service Policy (In-Shop Services)

At Mobile Mechanic Memphis, we take pride in providing professional service within our shop facility. To ensure smooth and safe operations, the following policies apply to all in-shop visits:

  • Customers must schedule an appointment or drop off within designated hours.

  • Vehicles must arrive in operable condition unless arranged with towing.

  • Customers are not allowed in service bays during active repairs for safety reasons.

  • Pickups and drop-offs must be arranged within posted business hours.

  • All vehicles are subject to our Vehicle Storage Policy after services are completed.

17. On-Site Service Policy (Mobile Mechanics)

For mobile service calls, Mobile Mechanic Memphis provides convenience without compromising safety or efficiency. The following applies:

  • The vehicle must be parked in a safe, level, and legal location (no highway shoulders, tight alleys, or busy roads).

  • A responsible party must be present or reachable during the appointment, unless pre-approved by staff.

  • If the worksite is unsafe or inaccessible, we may reschedule or cancel the appointment.

  • Travel fees may apply outside of our standard Memphis service area.

  • If unsafe conditions delay or prevent service, a service charge may still apply.

18.  (In-Shop) Vehicle Release

Authorized Third-Party Pickups
If the registered owner of a vehicle is unable to retrieve their vehicle in person, a Vehicle Release Authorization Form must be completed and submitted prior to release.

This form grants permission for a third party (such as a friend, relative, or representative) to pick up the vehicle on the owner’s behalf.

ID Verification Required
To release any vehicle, the following is mandatory:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID from both the vehicle owner and the authorized person picking up the vehicle
  • A completed and signed Vehicle Release Authorization Form

    – We will not release any vehicle without proper identification and a signed release form. No exceptions.

⚠️Liability Disclaimer – Once the vehicle is released to an authorized party, Mobile Mechanic Memphis is not responsible for the condition, transport, or handling of the vehicle. It is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner to choose a trusted representative.

19. Personal Property & Liability Policy

At Mobile Mechanic Memphis, we take pride in providing quality service with integrity and respect. While your vehicle is in our care, we aim to maintain a safe and professional environment. However, we ask that all customers remove any personal or valuable items from their vehicle prior to service.

Important Notice:

Mobile Mechanic Memphis is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings left inside the vehicle during diagnostics, repairs, or while on our premises.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cash or loose change

  • Electronics (phones, tablets, GPS devices, chargers)

  • Jewelry, firearms, or personal valuables

  • Luggage, bags, or shopping items

  • Documents or sensitive materials

Additionally, we are not liable for damage caused by theft, fire, weather, or acts of nature while the vehicle is in our possession.

By proceeding with service, you acknowledge and accept these terms. You also authorize our team to operate your vehicle for testing, diagnostics, inspection, and delivery purposes, understanding that such use is at your own risk.

For your protection, we recommend securing or removing all personal items before service. If something valuable was left behind, we will do our best to assist in locating it—but we cannot assume liability.

20. Photographic Documentation

To ensure transparency and protect both parties, Mobile Mechanic Memphis may photograph or video-record your vehicle before, during, and after service.

  • These records help document pre-existing damage, repairs performed, or condition during pick-up/delivery.

  • Images may also be used for internal training or quality control (never shared without consent).

  • By using our service, you agree to allow photographic documentation for liability and quality assurance purposes.

 

21. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Data Protection: We are committed to protecting customer data and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
  • Confidential Information: Any non-public information disclosed by customers will be treated as confidential.

22. Termination

  • Termination by Business: Mobile Mechanic Memphis LLC reserves the right to terminate the service agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
  • Termination by Customer: Customers may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice to Mobile Mechanic Memphis LLC.

23. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee.
  • Dispute Resolution Mechanism: Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

24. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Right to Modify: Mobile Mechanic Memphis LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Notification of Changes: Customers will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions via email or through our website.

25. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Mobile Mechanic Memphis LLC and the customer.
  • Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the remainder of the terms and conditions shall remain in effect.
  • Force Majeure: Mobile Mechanic Memphis LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government actions.ye
